Take one stick per day with a meal neat or diluted in a glass of water.

Maca extract: 100 mg
Green tea extract: 100 mg
Liquorice extract: 20 mg

Precautions for use
Comply with the advice for use. Do not consume outside of meals, not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children and adolescents or in case of anti-hypertensive or anti-diabetic treatment. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place away from light.
