Directions for use
On training days: take 1 scoop of 30g one hour before training and then 1 scoop of 30g just after training to provide the muscles with the proteins necessary for muscle development1.
On rest days: take 1 scoop of 30g as a snack at 10am or 4pm and in the evening before bed.
Composition
Whey protein concentrate (milk); yeast proteins (extracted from Saccharomyces cerevisiae); milk protein concentrate (milk); flavourings (3.02%); sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose, steviol glycosides; cocoa powder; salt; emulsifier: carboxymethylcellulose; thickener: guar gum.
Made in a facility that uses gluten, eggs, sesame seeds, nuts, celery, sulphites, fish and soya.
