Tips for use
On training days: take 1 x 30g scoop one hour before training and then 1 x 30g scoop immediately after training to provide the muscles with the protein needed for muscle development.
On rest days: take 1 x 30g scoop as a snack at 10am or 4pm and at night before bed.
