Directions for use
1 measuring spoon = 25g
Add 1 measure of 25 g in 250ml of water. Mix vigorously and wait 1 minute before tasting. For more freshness, mix with water from the fridge.
On training days: take 1 measure of 25 g in the morning then before and after training to
provide the muscles with the proteins necessary for muscle development 3
.
On rest days: take 2 measures of 25 g per day, preferably in the morning and evening.
