Directions for use
On training days: take 1 scoop (i.e. 40g) one and a half hours before training. Then 1 just after training to provide the muscles with the proteins necessary for muscle development.
On rest days: take 1 scoop (40g) as a snack either at 10am or 4pm.
To prepare the drink: 1 level measuring spoon 40g. Add 1 scoop (40g) to 200mL of water or skimmed milk. Mix vigorously and enjoy.
